The Lower Silesian Public Library also houses the "Romance Library" Information and Culture Centre, which it runs in collaboration with Alliance Française and Istituto Italiano di Cultura. The library welcomes anyone with an interest in the literature, culture and history of Romance language-speaking countries. The collection mainly comprises French (10,000) titles but also features many Spanish, Italian and Portuguese (3,800) publications. Readers will find not only a wide selection of foreign language textbooks, but also encyclopaedias and dictionaries, guide books, comics and books for children.3rd floor
