How to Reach Us?

The main entrance to the library is located on the northern side of the Rynek. The sidewalk surface in front of the library entrance is paved with granite cobblestones with joints filled with mortar. This makes the path accessible for people using wheelchairs, parents with strollers, and individuals wearing high heels. The use of this part of the surface may be significantly limited by restaurant and pub terraces, the Christmas Market, or other outdoor events at the Rynek.

Cultural events and activities organized at the Rynek and near the library may generate significant noise and involve a large number of participants (crowds).

Access to the building is hindered by a step and heavy iron entrance doors that must be opened manually. To the right of the doors, there is a bell button – you can use it if you need assistance entering. Behind the entrance doors, there is a vestibule measuring 2.25 x 2.30 m, allowing for easy maneuvering with a wheelchair; then there are doors with a small threshold, followed by access to a spacious main hall.
